About

Like many I felt something was missing in my life. Awkward and full of self-doubt, a willingness for change developed. On January 4th 1998, a desperate night of panic gave way to a sudden shift to peace. This experience led to a search to reclaim this mysterious feeling of freedom.

My book “Free bird” represents this journey. I came to know my whole life experience is a reflection of self-judgment. Letting go revealed the Truth beyond description. This Truth is also yours. The seed of awareness is planted with an open-mind and grows in a willing heart for change…

"Awareness dawns in the hearts of the willing, and infinite potential colors the horizon that time will never touch"

Mark Edward - Free Bird

“Equal parts confession and revelation, Free Bird turns spiritual struggle into living testimony.”

Mark Edward’s Free Bird reads like a personal log of enlightenment written in real time. It’s at once confessional and cosmic charting his evolution from anxiety to inner stillness. The unedited immediacy gives it power but also the occasional redundancy. Still, the insights land hard and true. This isn’t doctrine, it’s discovery.

Arthur Taylor Analytical and Measured

Free Bird is the rare kind of spiritual memoir that feels alive as you read it. Mark Edward doesn’t preach; he invites. His writing is open, fallible, and deeply human a man tracing the contours of fear, surrender, and love with unfiltered honesty. Some passages loop as if he’s still catching his breath from revelation, but that’s part of the book’s pulse.

“A luminous, fearless account of one man’s awakening raw, real, and remarkably tender.”

Fred Tomasello Jr. Reflective and Heartfelt

I didn’t expect Mark Edward to hit me as hard as it did. The story feels real messy, honest, and full of heart. It’s about looking back, facing what you’ve lost, and finding a bit of peace in the process. The writing is simple but beautiful, and the emotions stay with you. This one really meant something to me.

Glen Powerful and genuine

This book really got to me. It’s not fancy or overdone it’s just real. You can feel the author’s heart in every page. The story of stepping away from comfort, losing direction, and slowly finding meaning again felt so relatable. It’s raw in places, hopeful in others, and honest all the way through.

There were moments that hit close to home especially the parts about fighting anxiety and trying to rediscover purpose. It reminded me that sometimes you have to lose almost everything before you finally see what matters.

It’s a quiet, powerful read that stays with you long after you finish it.

As we walk through unprecedented change for humanity, the unknown becomes a focal point for imagination. What appears to be a worsening of stability and connection in the world can very easily sweep you up and cause disharmony within.

Finding a safe haven in the grip of concerns you may have is crucial for balance in your life. Often a slight change in perspective can have a profound effect on your life experience. It’s almost silly how we can get ourselves all worked up and then laugh when the problem is seen to be nothing.

The beauty of a peaceful heart is sharing it. To me connection with people is what I value most in life. Whether it’s a casual setting or a more structured meeting to share new perspectives.
